Sliding bearing is mainly divided into integral bearing and split bearing. The repair method can be selected according to the following classification:
Integral bearing
(1) When the bearing hole is worn, it is usually repaired by replacing the bearing, boring, reaming or scraping the bearing hole; it can also be repaired by plastic deformation, that is, shortening the bearing length and reducing the inner diameter.
(2) After the bearing bore without bearing bush is worn, it can be repaired by inserting sleeve method, that is, boring the bearing hole, pressing in the processed bearing bush, and then finish machining according to the journal to meet the matching requirements.
Release bearing
(1) The replacement of bearing bush generally requires the replacement of new bearing bush under the following conditions:
Scraping running in can not save serious burning loss, large area burning loss and large wear depth;
The bearing alloy is thinned to the limit size;
The bearing bush was seriously cracked.
The wear is serious and the radial clearance is too large to be adjusted.
(2) Scuffing or serious scuffing (Bush burning) accidents often occur in the running process of glued bearing.
(3) Adjust the radial clearance bearing to increase the radial clearance due to wear, resulting in oil leakage, vibration, accelerated wear and other phenomena.
(4) With the increase of running time, the bearing wear increases gradually, the journal sinks, the contact angle increases, the lubrication condition deteriorates and the wear intensifies.
(5) When there are wear, scratch, fracture and other defects of bearing, repair welding and surfacing can be used.
Use flat chisel, scraper and other tools to clean the parts that need repair welding, so that the surface is free of oil, residue and impurities, showing metal luster;
The welding rod with the same material as the bearing is used to repair the bearing by gas welding. The thickness of welding layer is generally 2-3 mm, and the deeper defects can be repaired by multiple layers;
When the repair welding area is large, the bearing bottom can be immersed in water for cooling, or intermittent operation, leaving cooling time;
After repair welding, rework is required. Local repair welding can be completed by manual trimming and scraping. Large area repair welding can be carried out on the machine tool.
(6) In case of serious wear and failure of sliding bearing, repair welding or surfacing welding can not meet the requirements. At this time, the bearing alloy needs to be poured again, which is a very common repair method.
Preparation shall be carried out before pouring, including necessary tools, materials and equipment, such as fixture and plate for fixing bearing bush, bearing alloy of the same brand according to drawing requirements, welding rod for tin powder and tin bar, heating furnace for melting bearing alloy, crucible for bearing alloy, etc.
Before pouring, the old bearing alloy on the bearing bush should be melted. It can be baked with a blowtorch or melted in a crucible.
Check and correct the back of the ceramic tile to make the inner surface of the back of the ceramic tile free of oxide and silver gray; make the geometric dimension of the back of the ceramic tile meet the technical requirements; make the back of the ceramic tile expand before pouring to ensure that the back of the ceramic tile fits with the cushion seat due to the cooling shrinkage after pouring.
