Deep groove ball bearings are the most common type of rolling bearings. The basic deep groove ball bearing consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, a set of steel balls and a set of cages. There

hole are loose and cooperative, the bearing can be press-fitted on the
shaft by a press, and then the shaft and the bearing are assembled into

When press-fitted on the inner surface of the bearing ring, a soft
bushing (copper or soft steel) copper alloy bushing made of a soft metal
material is used. The outer ring of the bearing is tightly cooperated
with the hole of the bearing seat, and the inner ring and the shaft are
loose. When
the bearing can be pressed into the bearing seat hole, the outer
diameter of the device casing should be slightly smaller than the
diameter of the seat hole. If the bearing ring and the shaft and seat
hole are tight cooperation, the device inner ring and outer ring To press the shaft and seat holes together, the layout of the device
bushings should be able to secure the end faces of the inner ring and
the outer ring together.
Deep groove ball bearings are the most commonly used rolling bearings. Its layout is simple and easy to use. It
is mainly used to receive radial load, but when the radial clearance of
the bearing is increased, it has the function of a certain angular
contact ball bearing and can accept radial and axial combined loads. When the speed is higher and thrust ball bearings are not suitable, they can also be used to accept pure axial load. Compared
with other types of bearings with the same standard of deep groove ball
bearings, this type of bearing has a small coefficient of friction and a
high limit rotational speed. However, it is not resistant to shock and is not suitable for heavy loads.
