When
the bearing is damaged excessively, the wheel will tilt, which will
cause the vehicle to run in the course of running. This is because the
bearing capacity in a certain direction is reduced, which makes it
difficult to control the direction of the electric vehicle during
driving. . Seriously, the wheel may fall off. If the vehicle is in a state of
high speed, the consequences will be unthinkable, so it is necessary to
replace the damaged bearing in time.
Replacement notes:
1. When checking the bearing, check the oil seal of the end cap. If
the seal is not closed properly, please replace it with a new one!
2. There is little or no oil in the bearing inside the factory. Please
put the oil seal in the bearing and add lubricant properly!
3, if there is such a failure of the bearing hole loose, for safety considerations, to replace the rim or motor cover!
4.
After the bearing is installed, please leave the wheel unconnected and
check whether the wheel runs smoothly and smoothly. Check if there is
any difficulty or stuck. If yes, the bearing may not be installed in
place. Please reinstall it. Otherwise, it will be swept away and the operation will be inflexible.
It will soon be "squeaked" by forcibly riding the bearings.
5. Inform customers that they should not ride to places where there is water to avoid rusting the incoming water.
After
grinding the electric vehicle bearing for a long time, it is easy to
