DU
FLANGED BUSHING is a DU sleeve with a flanged structure. The flanged
structure helps to prevent axial movement and can accept axial loads. The inner layer of DU flanged sleeve is PTFE (Teflon). The middle
layer is tin bronze ball powder. The base layer is steel plate, and the
outermost layer is tin plated, which has anti-corrosion effect.
DU
flange bushing has the characteristics of low friction coefficient,
good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, self-lubricating
composite bushing and oil-free smoothness. The
use of copper-based self-lubricating plate items can reduce costs,
reduce mechanical size, prevent bite-axis sighting, and reduce
mechanical noise. Products have been widely used in various mechanical sliding parts,
such as printing presses, elevators, textile machinery, fitness
equipment, hydraulic trucks, micro-motors, solenoid valves, cars,
motorcycles and home machinery.
Flange
bushings, the wear resistance of the copper alloy and the
self-smoothing function of the solid flanging bushing smoothing agent,
make it unnecessary to maintain during the application. Goods
are widely used for high-load, intermittent or shaking movements, such
as steam locomotive production lines, hydraulic turbines, reservoir
work/side doors, and plastic machinery. According to the operating conditions, it can supply various types of copper alloys.
1. A mixture of modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and lead (Pb)
0.01 ~ 0.03mm, a kind of wear-resistant data, can constitute a transport
film during the operation to maintain the grinding axis.

The copper powder layer 0.2~0.30mm improves the contact strength
between PTFE/Pb and the steel plate. It has excellent bearing capacity
and wear resistance. Copper is also an excellent heat transfer material that can quickly
handle the heat generated during the operation of the bearing.
3. Low-carbon steel 0.7~2.3mm improves bearing bearing capacity and heat transfer effect.
4.
Copper/tin plating layer, copper plating 0.008mm, tin plating 0.005mm,
make the bearing has excellent corrosion resistance function.
