shaft in the gear pump is mainly due to the collision wear between the
two ends of the shaft and the support roller, which causes the shaft
diameter to become smaller. If
it is a slight wear, the diameter of the shaft can be increased by
plating a layer of hard chrome so that the axis can be corrected. If
the shaft wear is severe, 45 steel or 40Cr steel should be manufactured
from scratch. After the shaft blank is roughed and finished, the
bearing part should be heat-treated. The hardness is HRC60-65, and then
the grinding is performed so that the roughness of the bearing surface
roughness is not Greater than 0.32μm; the tolerance of the roundness and
cylindricity of the shaft is 0.005mm; the part of the cooperation with
the gear is H7/h6 and the surface roughness Ra should not be greater
than 0.63μm.
The
wear inside and outside the pump body is mainly an arc-shaped working
surface in the oil suction section. If slight wear occurs, it can be
used after burr grinding and grinding. The pump body is cast from a cast iron casting blank, and new parts should be replaced when severe wear occurs. If
both ends of the internal gear of the pump are corrected by grinding,
the width dimension of the pump body must also be changed, and the
dimensions of the two grinding gears should be equal to the dimensions
of the gears. The surface of the pump body after the first machining
should reach the technical requirements shown in FIG. 3 .
