How to choose the connecting rod bushing?
Optional connecting rod bushings shall be selected according to the optional piston pin diameter and the actual size of the connecting rod end sleeve connecting rod bushing. The bushing and the seat hole should have an interference ratio of an oil-free composite bushing. A new bushing can be fitted on the press or bench vise. When pressing, the connecting rod and bushing must be positive and not offset. After the stainless steel coiled bushing is inserted, the integral bushing needs to be aligned with the positive oil hole. The two-stage bushing should be pressed flush to the side of the small end oil hole of the same link, and the excess part of the outer end can be removed. Then chamfering is performed, and the bushing is assembled and then reamed or boring.
