Self-lubricating bearings are divided into composite self-lubricating bearings, solid-inlaid self-lubricating bearings, and bimetallic materials. According to different uses and working conditions, different self-lubricating bearings are selected. It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, and strong self-lubricating ability. It is especially suitable for heavy load, low speed, reciprocating or swinging and other occasions that are difficult to lubricate and form an oil film. It is not afraid of water wash and other acid erosion. And scour.
Self-lubricating bearings can cause rust and other phenomena due to different environments. If the bearing is rusty, it will affect the normal operation of the bearing and cause unnecessary losses. Therefore, preventing rust is necessary for bearing maintenance.
First of all, in order to prevent the bearing from rusting, the surface should be pretreated:
1. Surface cleaning: The cleaning method must be selected according to the nature of the surface of the rust-prevented object and the prevailing conditions. Commonly used are solvent cleaning method, chemical treatment cleaning method and mechanical cleaning method.
2. After the surface is dried and cleaned, it can be dried with filtered dry compressed air, or dried with a dryer at 120~170℃, or dried with clean gauze.
In addition, you can also apply anti-rust oil, the specific method is as follows:
1. Soaking method: Some small items are immersed in anti-rust grease, so that a layer of anti-rust grease adheres to the surface. The thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the anti-rust grease.
2. The brushing method is used for outdoor construction equipment or special-shaped products that are not suitable for immersion or spraying. When brushing, it is necessary to not only avoid accumulation, but also to prevent leakage.
3. Spray method Some large anti-rust objects cannot be oiled by immersion method, generally use about 0.7Mpa pressure filtered compressed air to spray in clean air. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted anti-rust oil or thin-layer anti-rust oil, but complete fire protection and labor protection measures must be adopted.
