The bearing is coated with an appropriate amount of liner rust-proof
oil at the factory and packaged in rust-proof paper. As long as the
packaging is not damaged, the quality of the bearing will be guaranteed. However,
when stored for a long period of time, it is advisable to store it on a
shelf higher than 30 cm above the ground in a condition where the
humidity is lower than 65% and the temperature is about 20°C. In addition, the storage site should avoid direct sunlight or contact with cold walls. Cleaning When removing the bearing and checking it, first record the appearance with a method such as photography. In addition, confirm the amount of residual lubricant and sample the lubricant before cleaning the bearing.
a. Washing of the bearing is carried out in coarse and fine washing,
and the metal bearing can be placed on the bottom of the container where
the composite bearing is used.
b. When rough washing, remove the grease or sticky material with a brush or the like in the oil. If you turn the bearing in the oil at this time, be careful to damage the rolling surface due to foreign objects.
c. When slowly washing, rotate the bearing slowly in the oil. Care must be taken. Commonly
used cleaning agents are neutral, non-aqueous diesel oil or kerosene,
and occasionally, mild alkali liquor is used as necessary. Regardless of the type of cleaning agent, it should always be filtered and kept clean. Immediately after cleaning, apply anti-rust oil or anti-rust grease to the bearing. Inspection
and judgment In order to determine whether or not the removed bearing
can be reused, its dimensional accuracy, rotation accuracy, internal
clearance, mating surfaces, raceway surfaces, cages, and seals should be
carefully checked. Due
to the fact that large bearings cannot be rotated by hand, attention is
paid to the appearance of rolling elements, raceways, cages, ribs, etc.
The higher the importance of the bearing, the more important it is to
check carefully. The inspection result can be judged by using an inertial bearing or a proficient bearing. The criteria for judgment differ depending on the mechanical properties and degree of importance and the inspection period.
Bearings must not be reused if they have the following damage and must be replaced.
1) Cracks and defects in bearing components.
2) Peeling of raceway surface rolling surface.
Bearing maintenance procedures
1, first remove the wheels, remember to close the screws, lost it on the trouble.
2, remove the bearing. Some cores of the wheels are very tight, and it is difficult to remove
the bearings. Then use a hex wrench (the one that removes the screws)
to forcefully dig it down. Rest assured that the bearings are not easily
damaged.
3, first use a toothbrush to brush the dirty surface of Palin, do not do this step, no difference.
4. Some side covers of bearings are detachable, while others are not. First, it is judged whether Palin is detachable.
5, if it is detachable, it is very simple. With a precision screwdriver, in the gap of the C ring, pick up the C ring and remove the side cover. Just remove the side.
6, if it is detachable, it is more trouble. Use a destructive approach. Use
a precision screwdriver to reach into the seam of the side cover and
force the side cover to pick it up. Don't doubt it. That's it, but the
side cover will not fit back. As long as one side is removed, it will be destroyed on both sides.
