Abrasion
failure refers to the failure of the relative sliding friction between
the surfaces to cause continuous wear of the metal on the work surface. Continued
wear and tear will cause INA bearing parts gradually damaged, and
eventually lead to forklift bearing dimensional accuracy loss and other
related issues. Wear may affect the shape changes, with the gap increases and the work
surface morphology changes, may affect the lubricant or make it to a
certain extent, the pollution caused by the complete loss of
lubrication, thus making the loss of bearing rotation accuracy and can
not even normal operation.
1, when the bearing to a certain period of operation (or maintenance period), the bearings all removed;
2, with cleaning diesel oil or kerosene soak cleaning bearings, if the
best technical conditions to open the seal cover cleaning;
3, after cleaning the air-dry cleaning oil, the appearance of check for damage;

melt with a slow fire (not overheating), the tested bearings into the
bucket soak to bubble-free overflow.
Remove the bearing before cooling the grease, the residual grease less. Remove the grease after cooling INA bearings, residual grease quantity. Determine the amount of grease residue as needed.

with a soft cloth or toilet paper wipe the grease outside the bearing
assembly of the forklift bearing the original shape to the pulley,
maintenance work is completed.
