First,
the hot oil cleaning method due to the use of a long time, soft dry oil

brush Jintai Bearing oil on the oil. Soft dry oil or anti-rust paste is heated to 100-200 ℃ on the melting, it is easy from the gap in the Jintai bearings washed out. Sometimes as long as the bearing in the oil several times shaking. The oil will also flow away from the gap.
In
the cleaning of the old motor or imported motor radial spherical
bearings, it should be the ball, bead, inner ring from the outer ring in
the horizontal out and then immersed in hot oil, short cylindrical
roller bearings should also be washed when the roller , Bead, inner ring and outer ring.
In hot oil cleaning, the oil temperature should not exceed 20 ℃. If you use direct fire, please pay attention to prevent the oil
burned, Jintai bearings to hang in the pan, the bottom will cause
overheating and reduce the hardness.
Second,
the cleaning method to the Jintai bearings on the kerosene soak for 5-10
minutes, one hand pinch the inner ring, the other hand to turn the outer
ring, Jintai bearings on the dry oil or rust cream will fall. And
then the Jintaibearings into the cleaner kerosene, with a soft brush to
wash, the ball and the gap within the oil wash, and then into the
gasoline cleaning 1, remove and put on clean paper. Radial spherical ball bearings and short cylindrical roller
bearings should be washed ball, bead, inner ring and outer ring off
cleaning.
Installed
on the shaft of the Jintai bearings cleaning, mainly by the oil or oil gun
spray method, easy to clean off the oil with kerosene after the first
use of gasoline; difficult to clean off the oil, first with 100-200 ℃
hot oil Wash or oil gun spray, and then use gasoline to clean. Be
sure not to use sharp tools scraping Jintai bearings: hardened grease or
rust, so as not to damage the Jintai bearings rolling ring and groove parts
of the finish, clean the Jintai bearings with a clean cloth dry.
