Metal shredder bearing heat is caused by the following problems

The metal shredder equipment has small discharge size, can adjust the fineness of the discharge freely, and abandon the old traditional sieve bottom. Any material with a large water content can be shredded, so that the shredding function of the equipment can be maximized.
When the metal shredder equipment is in operation, the bearing will produce heat, which directly affects the normal operation of the equipment and the production power. Jintai reminds the user that during the operation of the metal shredder equipment, the bearing temperature rise and the bearing part noise should be dealt with in a timely manner. What causes the bearing heating phenomenon to appear?
1. The oil pipe leaks oil and the oil supply pressure is lacking;
Second, the tubing is blocked and the lubricating grease activity is not smooth;
Third, the lubricating oil is too dirty and mixed with debris;
4. The open space between the bearing bush and the shaft is too small;
5. The selection of lubricating oil is not suitable, and the particle size is too large or too small;

7. In the summer, the lubricating oil pumped from the oil pump does not pass through the oil cooler, or the oil cooler has disadvantages, such as water pipe blockage, poor water flow, and water cut;
